Some customers using our dialup network may be experiencing a "busy" signal when connecting to our National Connection number  - 0198333442.

This problem appears to be isolated to customers from Bacchus Marsh to Broadford areas of Victoria and is being caused by a failure of a fibre-optic cable near Gisborne.

We have setup an alternate/temporary number to overcome this problem.

PLEASE NOTE

Any calls to this number  may be charged at Long Distance rates depending on your location . We suggest that you only use this number for a short-term connection while this fault is corrected.
